Way Out West Balloon Festival

This was an event we've been talking about for a while, or at least this type of event. Madelyn is fascinated by hot air balloons (ever since she could count them in the sky). I have promised her that when she's a little older I'll take her on a hot air balloon ride. Of course, she insists she's old enough now. Patience, my dear. Patience.

This event helped that craving (a little bit anyway). We loved watching them get the balloons filled with hot air, and even better we loved watching them glow when it got dark! What fun!
