Chocolate Pizza Camp

It has taken us ALL summer, but we finally organized a play date with Miss Lily! We were excited to find a fun activity not too far from home where the girls could enjoy some time together.

Chocolate Pizza Camp is a special one-hour event put on by The Chocolate Connection (Cerreta's) where kids get to design an apron and hat, hear a fun story about chocolate, and of course, make a chocolate pizza!

The girls had a great time:

Both girls decided to swirl all the "extras" into the chocolate pizza. I thought that was a great idea because there would be a new surprise in each bite!

After the pizzas were put into the "chocolate pizza oven" (Brrrr... cold!) everyone got to hear "The Chocolate Voyage," a Cat in the Hat story.

Finally, there was one last craft to make...

Each child also got to pick five pieces of candy. This was hard because there was so much to choose from!

Then it was time to line up and get our pizzas! Yippee!

By this time, we were really hungry, so we decided to finish our time together with some real pizza! We have been wanting to try CheezHeadz (a local Packers establishment) for quite some time, and since it was just a mile away we knew it was meant to be!
