Grammy and Madelyn decided to head to Indiana earlier than
Papa and I. Madelyn had such a good time last summer with Grammy she convinced
her that they should travel together, so we rearranged our plans to appease
Little Miss...as always. ;)
Grammy and Madelyn were there for five days before we got
there and they had lots of fun, mostly helping Auntie Kim prepare things for
Mac’s graduation party and senior recital. There was a lot to do so Madelyn
decided she should make a list so no one would forget anything.
She also labelled Auntie Kim’s desserts so no one would be confused.
Grammy and Madelyn worked on other projects, too, in between
helping prep for graduation. Some crafts, and some writing and coloring…
Papa and I soon got there, too. It was fun travelling
together. We hardly get to do that anymore so the time was definitely
treasured.
We were excited that my Aunt Kathy got to spend some time
with us while we were there, too. Madelyn thinks she’s pretty cool. They both
like sparkly jewelry and the color pink! They had some fun with “selfies” in the car:
The weather was beautiful, so we spent a lot of our time outside enjoying everyone's company.
